From Design-In to delivery
From the first customer contact and certified incoming inspection to an agreed final quality test, all our processes follow optimized procedures with strict control mechanisms. With FMEA risk assessment, continuous improvement process (CIP) and systematic error prevention, we ensure complete traceability and highest quality.
Each delivery is checked upon arrival for type, completeness and damage. Suspicious batches are immediately separated and subjected to extended analysis.
Failure Mode and Effects Analysis identifies potential weaknesses before processing. Preventive measures reduce risks and save time and costs.
All workflows are regularly analyzed and evaluated. Identified improvement potential is immediately incorporated into process optimization.
Every processing step in the test house is monitored and documented. In case of deviations, immediate notification and joint solution finding with the customer takes place.
For services provided by our test house, a final check of all parameters takes place before delivery. Complete documentation of all work steps is provided for complete traceability and quality verification.
