Your tasks
  • Managing employees in internal sales on site and in the field offices
  • Further developing and motivating the team to become a sales-active back office team
  • Coordinating and ensuring interfaces for the timely processing of inquiries and offers through to order processing
  • Contact person for subordinate employees in day-to-day business, including active support
  • Coordination of cooperation with other departments
  • Collaboration in the development and implementation of sales strategies to increase market presence
  • Creation, optimization and analysis of evaluations and reporting to management
  • Continuous improvement of processes and sales procedures as part of necessary optimizations
  • Support in the introduction, implementation and further development of the ERP system, as well as the optimization of functions and processes in the CRM system

What we expect from you
  • Completed business studies or commercial training with a corresponding additional qualification such as business economist
  • Several years of professional experience in an industrial company with a similar function
  • Independent, responsible and customer-oriented way of working
  • Team player and resilient leader
  • Experienced with MS Office, ERP and CRM systems
  • Very good written and spoken German and English
  • Technical interest in familiarizing yourself with our product world

Your tasks
  • Carrying out the entire recruiting process from job advertisement to onboarding
  • Participation in the organization and implementation of employee appraisals
  • Responsible for the support and maintenance of the time management system
  • Contact person for all employment law issues relating to our employees
  • Assisting with the monthly payroll accounting process when applying wage tax and social security regulations
  • Competent contact person for external parties, e.g. authorities, health insurance companies and social insurance providers, etc.
  • Participation and support in the introduction of new HR software

What we expect from you
  • Degree with a focus on HR or successfully completed training with additional qualifications
  • Several years of experience in HR, including payroll accounting
  • Sound knowledge of payroll tax, social security and employment law
  • You have a friendly and confident manner, are a strong communicator and have social skills and enthusiasm
  • Routine use of MS Office programs and experience with HR IT systems
  • High level of trustworthiness and reliability
