What makes our team special

Our team consists of engineers, technicians and specialists who have turned their passion for electronics into a profession. Every new colleague spends the first few weeks working in all departments. This not only creates a deep understanding of our processes, but also a strong sense of togetherness right from the start.

This principle of internal mobility is also supported at SEMITRON after the induction phase: Over the years, many of our employees have passed through various stations in the company and taken on new tasks. Around half of the workforce has been with us for more than ten years and our managers come from our own ranks.

Long-term prospects and personal growth as well as the associated continuous professional development are an integral part of our work culture. In our own training center, we regularly hold multi-day training sessions with manufacturers to further expand our product knowledge.

We encourage personal responsibility and flat hierarchies ensure that new ideas can be implemented quickly. This creates a working environment in which professional strength and collegial cooperation go hand in hand.

How we work

Short communication channels

"My door is always open" - this is no empty phrase for our Managing Director Jürgen Rohland. If you have an idea or need to solve a problem, you can drop by directly. Direct communication and short distances characterize not only the exchange with customers, but also the cooperation within the team.

Professional expertise through passion

Explaining complex issues in an understandable way is an art. Our Field Application Engineers and Technical Sales Engineers have mastered them, because our strength is based on expertise that comes from passion.

Challenge as drive

Our test house team has been developing customized solutions for customer projects for years. If a component has special requirements in terms of specifications or packaging, we find a way and grow with the challenge.

Focus on foresight

We not only think about the immediate solution, but also about the long-term usability and security of supply of the components and support projects from the initial idea through to the complete product life cycle. This foresight also characterizes our internal working methods and is reflected, for example, in our structured induction process.
