From design to delivery
From initial customer contact and a certified incoming inspection to an agreed final quality check, all our processes follow optimized procedures with strict control mechanisms. With FMEA risk assessment, a continuous improvement process (CIP) and systematic error prevention, we guarantee complete traceability and the highest quality.
Certified incoming inspection & batch control
Each delivery is checked for type, completeness and damage on arrival. Suspicious batches are immediately separated and subjected to an extended analysis.
FMEA risk assessment & error prevention
Failure mode and effects analysis identifies potential weak points even before processing. Preventive measures reduce risks and save time and costs.
Continuous improvement process (CIP)
All work processes are regularly analyzed and evaluated. Identified potential for improvement is immediately incorporated into process optimization.
Interim controls & transparent communication
Every processing step in the test house is monitored and documented. In the event of deviations, the customer is notified immediately and a solution is found together with the customer.
Final quality control & documentation
For services provided by our test house, a final check of all parameters is carried out before delivery. All work steps are fully documented to ensure complete traceability and proof of quality.
